Apartment was comfy, clean and in a good location. Everything we needed was there. Any issues were quickly responded to and resolved by Fabio, our host. He sent a guide to the town before we arrived, which was nice. The pool area was clean. The complex was secure and quiet. Only a short walk to shops, bars and restaurants. Large Sunday market nearby. Bus station close. Beaches are an easy walk, clean and lots of them!
Hard to think of anything that was a problem! Perhaps the only thing to be aware of is that there are no sunbeds by the pool or to hire at the beach. Local people take their own. There were none in the apartment, but to be fair, as soon as I asked Fabio, he arranged some to borrow from a lady that lived in the complex (Senora Caridad).

El anfitrión estuvo atento toda la estancia y la persona que nos recibió fue muy amable. El piso es un primero en una urbanización con piscina. Está preparado para estar cómodamente dos personas. Muy limpio y bastante completo. Volveré sin dudarlo a Mazarrón las playas son maravillosas y hay para todos los gustos (arena, bolos, roca, con yacimiento arqueológico, mirados, tranquila, popular, para nadar, bucear, pádel surf, chiringuito...
Eche de menos un secador y un cazo pequeño. También alguna silla de más. Cosas sin importancia, la verdad. Eso sí, la larga avenida que da acceso al barrio y lo conecta con las playas y el centro está en obras. Ir y volver de la playa era altamente molesto. Baches, baches, gravilla. Y sin rastro de obreros. En fin, nada propio al apartamento. Pero, sí algo que empañó la estancia.

Fabio was an excellent host, he continued communication throughout our stay making sure everything was fine and we were happy. He provided details of the area and places to visit to give us some ideas of what we may enjoy. The location of the apartment is excellent a short walk to the main port, bars, shops and restaurants. The apartment block is nice and quiet and has a lovely pool you can use if the weather permits. The apartment has a lovely cute little balcony you can sit on and enjoy the peace and quiet. The kitchen is adequate and you can make meals and eat in if you like. We used the air fryer to cook up some delicious home meals. Would definitely go back again, Fabio made our stay perfect, we had a lovely time.
There was nothing we didn't like.
