I stayed there for almost a week. It was an incredible experience! The hotel was very spacious and beautifully decorated, with a blend of modern and traditional styles. My room was very large and clean. The bed was very comfortable. They helped me with my luggage. I was able to easily pick up a package I ordered on Taobao. They also offer free laundry service! I could write a book about the breakfasts! Delicious, with a wide variety! Plus, you can have soup at night. The staff was very helpful; I think if I asked for a star from heaven, they would find a way to give it to me. I recommend it!

The staff was very helpfull and they were very nice! They helped us a lot during our stay and even were so nice to keep our luggage for us while we went to other cities in China.
Super clean roomes, very spacious and feels super luxe when you walk in.
There is nothing we did not like about the hotel. It was spot on and the people at the reception and at the hotel are all very polite.

Beautiful room, spacious and clean exuding luxury. Location was convenient as it was just a 2-3 min walk from metro/subway station and easy to connect to YuYuan gardens, the Bund, etc.
The staff were very nice and helpful but wish they spoke better English.
