Located within walking distance of Mary Arden’s House and only a short 5-minute drive or 6-minute train ride to Stratford-upon-Avon, you’ll be close to theatres, historic streets, riverside walks, and countryside attractions.
Inside, you’ll find a bright and comfortable lounge with bold artwork and a smart TV, alongside a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, combination oven/microwave, induction hobs, Nespresso machine, and washer/dryer. The dining table seats six, making it perfect for memorable meals together.

Bedroom 1 – Double bed, en-suite shower room with toilet and wash basin
Bedroom 2 – Two single beds with vanity unit and wash basin
Lounge – Sofa bed for two additional guests
Outside, relax on the sun-drenched terrace, fire up the BBQ, or enjoy lawn views framed by mature trees. The garden and outdoor seating areas make an ideal spot to unwind after a day exploring Stratford-upon-Avon and the nearby canal.

Lovely property, great location for exploring the area. Great communication from owner who lived next door, good information sheet for us on arrival & a lovely welcome pack of drinks in the fridge which was much appreciated.
The beds were extremely comfortable with plenty of bedding /pillows & ample towels. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you'd need for a self catering break.
Just a couple of little observations, there was no storage in the bathroom, a shelf under the mirror would have been handy for toothpaste/ toothbrushes or a bathroom cabinet with a mirror door.
Also we found it a little on the small side for 6 , even though 2 of our party were children we couldn't all sit together on the sofa in the evening.
Other than that we had a great time & would highly recommend.

Main problem was that we did not see that the upstairs toilet had no door, so was effectively unusable in our mixed family group party.This meant that the only useable shower and toilet was through the en-suite, even at night, which is not really acceptable but as we were all related we managed.
