You can enjoy the shared outdoor pool, with access limited to 4 passes per apartment. The communal pool is closed from September 13 to June 15 and open the rest of the year. There is also an outdoor shower for your convenience after the beach.



From June 15 to September 15, parking in the building is not available. There are several nearby streets where you can park easily. Pets are allowed, but smoking and parties are not permitted. As pets are accepted, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens despite regular cleaning between stays. Guests with animal allergies should consider this before booking. Please note the property does not have air conditioning, but there is a heater for winter.
