One of the best place we've stayed. Everything was spotless and very well furnished. My husband and I had a great time staying there. We will definitely come back.
One thing is we have to pay for the parking place with the mobile park day rate and an additional night rate. $11 for the whole night from 8pm to 11am, around $16 for the day, depends on how long you stay at the parking lot.
Above all, thank you for all the effort putting in the room to make our stay extra comfortable!

Loved everything about the property, walkable location for cruise port, dining, free TECO trolly, aquarium food & entertainment to the wharf. Comfortable clean beds, rooms with great views, pool just simply a hidden gem! This will be my home away from home when in Tampa!!

I booked this hotel for my colleagues on a work trip, and they loved how convenient it was. It’s close to our building and just a short walk to the Water Street area, which made getting around and coordinating as a team really easy.

I am an old-school guy who is not into digital cards on your phone or contactless cards. Give me a person at the front desk who gives you a plastic key card that deactivates when you use your phone. Give me a hotel cleaning staff member who knocks on your door, says "room service," cleans your room every day, and gives you fresh towels. Give me an old-school phone I can use to call the front desk or room service, and I am happy. Needless to say, this was NOT my experience here.
HOWEVER, I enjoyed every second of my stay. There is constant communication with the Kasa team. There is a front desk attendant from 9 am to 5 pm who was very friendly and helpful if I had any questions. I'm not that technologically savvy, but my stay was easy and seamless once I figured out which code was the outdoor code and which one was the room code. I would happily stay here again and rate this place 5-stars! The room amenities were great. Having a washer and dryer with free laundry pods was helpful! I also enjoyed the bed that came from the ceiling. The room was very modern and made for a really good stay!
