It exceeded my expectation. The only thing I would say is to add more hooks in the condo so that we could hang clothes, towels etc. Other than that, everything met my expectation and I can't wait to return. I will definitely stay there again.

The unit was spotlessly clean — we're talking white-glove clean. Beds were freshly made, the place was immaculate, and every corner of the space felt genuinely cared for. It's clear the team takes real pride in the property.
Speaking of the team — wow. Any question we had was answered quickly and warmly. They felt less like a property management company and more like locals who actually wanted us to have the best trip possible.

We stayed at one of the Signature Residences at Maui Banyan for a quick getaway and honestly wish we'd booked longer. Check-in was seamless — instructions arrived well before arrival and the keyless entry worked first try, which matters when you land late and just want to drop your bags.
The unit itself is in great shape. Kitchen had everything we needed (good knives, real coffee maker, not the sad hotel-style stuff), the AC was quiet and cold, and the lanai caught the afternoon trade winds perfectly. Beds were actually comfortable — firm but not stiff — and the linens felt fresh. Little things you notice: quality towels, real pressure in the shower, clean grout. Somebody cares about this place.
Location is the real win. You're a two-minute walk to Kamaole Beach II (our favorite of the three), and Kihei's restaurants are right there. We grabbed coffee at Akamai, dinner at Fabiani's, and watched the sunset from the sand without ever moving the car. The pool area at the Banyan is lovely too — we had it almost to ourselves in the morning.
Communication from the host was responsive without being intrusive. Checkout was simple.
Would book again in a heartbeat. If you're trying to decide between the generic hotels further up the strip and this — pick this. It's the same price range with a real kitchen, more space, and actual character.

Wonderful location, a short walk to restaurants, shops and beaches. The condo and property grounds were VERY well taken care of and groomed. Beautiful gardens and waterfalls. The pools were very relaxing and our experience was definitely one we will remember. A++
