Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms.The outdoor area offers everything needed for spending time outdoors: a private heated swimming pool with sun loungers and an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue. The space is functionally arranged and provides plenty of room for spending time together and socializing outdoors.Villa Cataleya is about a 20-25 minute drive from the nearest beaches on the southwest coast of Istria, such as Fažana, Peroj, and Barbariga. Nearby is Svetvinčenat, known for the Morosini-Grimani Castle, cultural events, and local restaurants. The towns of Pula and Rovinj are accessible within 30-40 minutes by car, offering numerous attractions, landmarks, and seaside activities.
