The open living/dining area flows into a cook-ready kitchen (gas range, microwave, toaster oven, full cookware). Pull up to the island’s three stools or gather at the dining table for six. Mix a drink at the built-in bar with mini-fridge, then head outside: xeriscaped front and back yards make lounging simple, and the built-in gas grill is ready for easy dinners. Sleep comes easy in three queen bedrooms (sleeps six) with a primary ensuite, a shared tub/shower bath, and a downstairs powder room. You’ll have fast Wi-Fi, central A/C, and an in-home washer/dryer. Comfortable, cozy, well-appointed, clean, in a nice neighborhood and just as described in the listing. We enjoyed our stay and will likely book again if we are in the area again. The host was very communicative and helpful.

The property is so charming and our host was AMAZING! Instructions on how to enter the property were very clear and concise. I w8ll definitely look to book this property on my next visit to the area.

The townhome was clean and spacious. We traveled for work and having a large kitchen, outdoor barbecue grill, and washer/dryer was great. The neighborhood was quiet. We would stay here again. My only recommendation would be to bring your own pillows as the pillows in the master bedroom were too hard for me....but everyone's pillow hardness requirements vary, so, what works for me may not work for someone else.Great clean/safe place to stay.
