is designed for mountain efficiency. Please note the following key features:
Unique Layout: The shower and the laundry area (washer and dryer) are located
directly within the main ground-floor bedroom.
Loft Access: There is no inside access to the sleeping loft. The only way to
reach the loft is via a separate set of stairs located on the back porch.
Upstairs Bathroom: There is no bathroom upstairs in the loft area.
Setting: While private, the property does have close neighbors.
