The first-floor primary suite offers a king bed, en-suite bath, and walk-in closet for ultimate comfort. Upstairs, a second bedroom with a king-over-king bunk and private bath provides flexibility for families, couples, or groups of friends.

As a guest at Hyve, you'll have exclusive access to a range of building amenities designed to elevate your stay. Dive into the refreshing pool on a hot summer day, stay on top of your fitness routine in the state-of-the-art gym, or gather with friends and family for a delicious BBQ using the building's community grills. Challenge your companions to a friendly game of outdoor ping pong, unwind in the inviting lounge areas around the fire pit on cooler winter nights, or take your experience to new heights on the condo penthouse balcony which offers panoramic views of the city.
Please Note: The pool is open seasonally typically between the early spring months - the end of October from 10AM to 10PM at the discretion of the HOA.
Luggage Holding Service:
There is a complimentary service to hold your luggage for a designated period that is subject to availability. The luggage holding service is available Thursday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Oversized luggage exceeding 50 lbs. will not be accepted.
Parking:
Paid parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the covered parking garage on the premises. The garage is operated by Metropolis and parking rates are subject to change. Guests are responsible for all parking fees. If no garage spaces are available upon arrival, or if you have additional vehicles, ample first-come, first-served street parking is also available.
General:
*Please note this unit is located on the 6th floor of the building; however, an elevator is available onsite.
**The building is adjacent to railroad tracks, and you may experience noise from passing trains during your stay.

10 out of 10, would stay here again! The location was central and walkable to everything my crew and I wanted to do. The view of the city skyline from the balcony is perfect. The unit itself is gorgeous which made for cute and fun pictures. I would book it again!

I will say the owner was great with communicating with me prior to arrival. Had a problem with the door locking system so we had to miss our night at the Bluebird in order to go pick up a physical key to get into the unit. The condo is clean and well furnished and does have a nice view of the skyline; however, the master bedroom has a very small bathroom with 1 sink so my husband and I had to alternate getting ready in the mornings. What I think any future renters should know is that this property is more Gulch adjacent - around a 15-20 min walk to stores and restaurants - and about a 15-20 min walk to Broadway. It is also right next to 2 homeless shelters that you will pass by in any direction.
