I enjoyed this quiet, complete one bedroom in a pleasant, safe, convenient neighborhood, near restaurants and stores on 3rd ave. Even though it's on the ground floor, it was set back far enough in the building down a hallway that it felt private and cozy. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked brilliantly. Nice touches included a small dishwasher and a bathtub. The kitchen was well-supplied, although I had to buy my own coffee for the coffee maker. There was salt and pepper, but no oil and vinegar. I would urge the owner to replace the rock-hard couch with something comfortable (Ikea Kivik?) and to provide cotton instead of the overly warm polyester sheets.

This unit is in a great location within walking distance of lots of restaurants, shops, and sites. The unit is small and dated, the kitchen could us a few more utensils and the mattress could use a little updating. There could have been some instructions for the appliances and TV (which was very hard to figure out) but the host was very quick to respond and help us out with that. Linens and towels were great and the unit was very quiet. If you are there during colder months and are a light sleeper, the radiator right next to the bed can be a little noisy at night and the furniture in the living room is extremely uncomfortable. However, overall we enjoyed our stay.
