Located in Schönefeld, this 48 m² maisonette apartment welcomes you with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests. You will find a private, fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, a ceiling fan, TV with video-on-demand, and a dedicated workspace for a pleasant stay.
Parking is available in a shared underground garage. Public transport connections are excellent, making it easy to explore the area. Please note that events, parties, smoking, and the consumption of cannabis or other intoxicants are not permitted on the property or in the apartment.
The apartment is in a quiet area but close to BER Airport—just 12 minutes by S-Bahn or 10 minutes by car. Motorways A13, 113, A10, and A100 are nearby. Studio Berlin, Adlershof Technology Park, shops, restaurants, a gym, and a swimming pool are within walking distance. Union’s Alte Försterei football stadium is about 30 minutes away by car, and Berlin’s vibrant city center can be reached in around 40 minutes by public transport.
We have set up a key box, as the keyless door system is currently unreliable. If possible, I will welcome you in person. You will receive further information about the key box one day before arrival. Please be considerate of neighbors in the stairwell and avoid unnecessary noise with luggage or loud conversations. The municipality of Schönefeld now charges an accommodation tax, which applies to your stay. Thank you for your understanding.
