About this apartment rental
Located in a 1930s neoclassical building, directly in front of the Temple of Olympian Zeus, this masterfully completely renovated residence is a superb choice for you next stay in Athens.
Within 50 meters distance from the pedestrian walkway leading to all important Athenian main attractions including the Acropolis Museum (3 min walk), the Acropolis area including parthenon monument, theatre of Dionysos, the ancient Roman agora and Adrian Library (5 min walk), as well as the Plaka area.
The three bedrooms feature a large double bed each, and the fourth bedroom two single beds. All beds are equiped with American imported mattresses and furnished with high quality linens and pillows which provides to the guests an ultimate sleeping experience. In each bedroom exist a 40 smart TV flat screen, individual stereo system with USB doors and seperately ample closet space.
The living room features two comfortable sofas and includes a 50 smart TV hdmi 4k flat screen with surround sound system. Both double bedrooms and the living room share a magnificent view of the ancient temple of Zeus.
The residence also features a fully equipped kitchen including stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, teapot with free English tea, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster. There is a separate service room equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board and space for luggage storage. The bathrooms are fully equipped with towels and amenities such as soaps, shampoos, conditioners, shower gels and two blow dryer. The bathroom amenities are provided.
The dining room area can accommodate up to 10 visitors for a complete meal.
The house is centrally heated during the winter months as well as individually air-conditioning units.

Great potential Our experience had highs and lows. Communication and travel assistance was excellent. However the refrigerator and coffee maker were not operating properly. A technician was promptly sent but the problems continued. The location was excellent but the apartment is on the 4th floor and the elevator was ancient, small and a bit frightening. There were no railings making the use of the stairs difficult.

Great stay for a group of 8, ranging from 22 to 82, for 2 nights before a cruise. The property is close to everything, including the acropolis and the plaza district. Our kids and their friends enjoyed exploring the town and hitting the clubs at night. The are a huge variety of restaurants and shops nearby. It took a little while for the air conditioning the kick in and cool down the property (it was over 100 F outside) but the property manager was great and helped make sure everything was working before he left.

Great communication, help w luggage, easy check-in process, and the property is super nice. Beds are so comfortable. Everything is super clean with modern decor. Central location. Building has an elevator. Would absolutely stay again.
