This 120 acre enchanting off grid cabin near Terlingua and Big Bend National Park is the perfect retreat for guests looking to unwind and relax. With a cozy living room featuring a queen bed, a well-equipped bathroom with a shower, and essential amenities like heating and AC, this peaceful hideaway has everything you need for a comfortable stay. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. Take a deep breath, enjoy the quiet, the amazing views, and the unbeatable stars. Right off the highway (which is so important out here!), we are far enough away to still have amazing dark skies - but close enough to still see everything. Our cabin gives guest the ability to enjoy the wild west in peace. And maybe even see the wild donkeys!!!

We had a great stay here. Mike was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which really made the experience. Everything was smooth, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely stay again!

Off the grid cabin but well designed for efficientcy and green energy. Ideal for traveling to Big Bend. Cute, cozy, and comfortable and immaculate. Mike was superb host and can introduce you to his two favorite donkeys, Mary Lou and Walter. Quiet and perfect for stargazing. Would stay their again in a heartbeat.
