Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialising in holiday accommodation since 2005.
Discover a modern 171 m² villa, well-maintained and designed to enjoy a family holiday in a privileged setting. Surrounded by nature and with magnificent views of the Sierra de Mijas, this property offers space, comfort and numerous corners to spend quality time with the children.

The property has capacity for up to 8 people, with a perfect layout for families with children. Due to the characteristics of the property and in order to preserve its peaceful and well-maintained atmosphere, groups of young people and bookings intended for celebrations, parties or gatherings are not accepted. We want our guests to enjoy the villa as a true holiday home, respecting the property, the surroundings and rest.
🛏️ Four bedrooms for comfortable rest
The villa has four bedrooms: a master bedroom with a 180 cm bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, another with a 150 cm bed and two bedrooms with two single beds of 90 cm each, especially practical for the little ones. It is possible to place a cot upon request.
It also has a second interior bathroom with shower and a third outdoor bathroom next to the pool, very convenient during the summer days.
✨ A modern property equipped in detail
The spacious lounge invites you to enjoy family moments and features a 65-inch Smart TV and integrated ceiling sound system. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and connects to an independent laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The entire property has centralised air conditioning and home automation system, which allows you to control heating and cooling, lights and blinds from the lounge touch panel, as well as adjust the temperature from the bedrooms. The windows have mosquito nets.
🔥 During the cooler months you can enjoy the wood-burning fireplace, creating an especially cosy atmosphere. Firewood is not included in the booking; the firewood cart can be requested for an additional cost.
☀️ Outdoor spaces designed for family enjoyment
Undoubtedly, one of the great attractions of the villa is its spectacular infinity pool of 12 × 5 metres, with views of the natural surroundings. Its depth ranges between 1.10 and 1.35 m and features a beach area of approximately 40 cm, especially pleasant for families to enjoy the water with the little ones always under adult supervision.
The pool also has an integrated jacuzzi for six people, which does not have hot water, and the pool is not heated.
The outdoor areas also offer two terraces of 36 m² and 20 m², a hammock, table tennis table and football goals, providing different entertainment options to enjoy together without needing to leave the property.
🍴 For outdoor meals you have a charcoal barbecue and outdoor charcoal/wood oven. The use of firewood is permitted only from November to March.
🚗 The property has a large paved outdoor parking area around the house and 5G WiFi connection of 600 Mb.

The property offers direct access to the Sierra de Mijas, making it a fantastic choice for families who enjoy walks, hiking and activities in contact with nature. At the same time, it maintains good connectivity with Alhaurín el Grande, restaurants, supermarkets, golf courses and the beaches of Fuengirola, as well as Málaga and Marbella.
🔒 For greater security, the property has a video surveillance system consisting of six cameras located exclusively in external passage areas. There are no cameras inside the house or in the pool area. The basement is not available to guests.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Giava. From the moment you drive up the driveway, you are greeted by breathtaking views, and as soon as you walk through the main entrance, the view really takes your breath away.
The villa itself is beautiful, spacious, and extremely well-equipped. The outdoor area has everything you could want for a relaxing family holiday. The children especially loved the football area and table tennis table, but the standout feature for all of us was the stunning swimming pool, where we spent countless happy hours.
Overall, we couldn’t fault how wonderful our holiday was. Villa Giava exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely love to return one day. Thank you for helping us create such special family memories.
If we could of made our holiday even better it would be to provide a few more sun-beds, as the villa can accommodate up to eight guests, and an additional set of bathroom towels would also be appreciated.

This was such an incredible stay! The villa is absolutely gorgeous, the views are phenomenal and the sunsets are absolutely breathtaking. This was such a dreamy stay and would highly recommend it
