The house was perfect for our stay. We had 7 adults and 3 children and we were all comfortable. It was easy to find, close to everything and we truly enjoyed our trip.

There was an issue on arrival day with AC, Jesse had someone there 1st thing the next morning to fix it. The property was clean. I do believe that extra towels. bed linens, and kitchen appliances (mixer, blender, crockpot, keurig) should be provided and the back deck and yard could use some cleaning and repairs, but overall we had a great time visiting with extended family and there was plenty of room to be comfortable.

For sleeping in, the front bedroom could use some blinds. All in all things were good.

There was a bad odor when we walked into the house each time!! Smelled like wet dog. Location was great and size was good, but house needs some work inside! Paint was sloppy, dirt on each of the base boards. Landscaping needed. Not at all as good as all other properties I’ve rented on Vrbo!! Definitely not worth what I paid for it for one night!!
