The space:
Bright open concept with a cottage feel. The fireplace adds ambiance and is decorative only. The layout is ideal for both gathering together and having space to spread out.

Sleeping arrangements:
First floor primary suite includes a king bed and twin over twin bunk with a private en-suite and luxury shower.
Upstairs front bedroom includes a king bed, bunk beds, and a daybed with a private en-suite featuring a rain shower and handheld.
Upstairs rear bunk room includes two twin bunk sets and a twin over queen bunk. The bathroom is located off the hall with a tub and shower combination.
Linens provided. All beds are made prior to arrival with premium performance sheets.

Kitchen and dining:
Designed for hosting and large groups with seating for thirteen or more. Table seating for 8 and counter seating for 5. Additional stools available along with highchair. Fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances, dual fuel stove/oven, new pots and pans, kitchen disposal, drawer dishwashers and microwave, beverage fridge, large refrigerator/freezer, BRITA, Keurig, electric tea kettle, and toaster.

Outdoor living:
Front porch with comfortable seating including couch and chairs. Adirondack chairs for relaxing evenings. Weber charcoal grill is available and requires guests to bring charcoal and matches. Please don't move the charcoal grill, it is secured to the ground.

Golf cart included at no additional cost:
Four-person electric golf cart available May through October. Driver must be 21 or older with a valid driver's license. Cart is to be used within the Lakeside gates and must be charged nightly since it is battery operated.

Lakeside experience:
Enjoy the Lake Erie shoreline, walking paths, shops, restaurants, donuts, ice cream, playgrounds, pool, water slide, splash pad, wellness center, pickleball, tennis, shuffleboard, mini golf, and daily programming. Nearby attractions include Cedar Point, water parks, animal safari, restaurants galore, wineries, and island hopping.

Important details:
No pets. No smoking inside the home or within the gates. The TVs are smart TVs that can be used with your subscriptions since there is no cable TV. Check in at 3 PM and check out at 10 AM. Cleaning fee of $250 applies and displays as host fee. Guests should bring consumable items such as toiletries and paper products. Cleaning supplies, detergents, and trash bags are provided. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room, along with an iron and tabletop ironing board. Parking includes two spaces in the front of the cottage plus room for the golf cart. Additional parking available nearby across from the activity center.
