The food, the comfort, hospitality, not very noisy, away from Mall Road so honking of vehicles and noise of crowd
No fitness room, the heat pump didn’t work in winter, they provided us with heater

Food is not good , Reception guy at the time of pmt arguing for food discount which was mentioned at booking.com package..
Rest Wi-Fi was not working properly , centralised Ac remote was not working
