Overall it’s very nice to stay there, the host is super nice as well and you’ll be taken care of.

It was really nice, comfortable bed, the wifi was good. The room was as displayed and totally fine for a few nights. There’s a fridge in the room which is also great. Body wash and a shampoo is supplied for as welll.

The way there can be a bit exhausting with all the luggage since it’s 23-25min walk from the train station but still accessible, and definitely doable once you get the luggage there. There’s only one outlet and small mirrors which sucks a bit but also not the end of the world

Gebucht vom 24.07.-26.07. Wir trafen etwa zehn Minuten vor der offiziellen Check-in-Zeit ein. Der Vermieter und eine weitere Frau waren bereits vor Ort. Neben dem Haus lagen Müllsäcke, wozu der Vermieter erklärte, dass der Müll nicht abgeholt worden sei. Bereits beim Betreten machte das Gebäude einen stark heruntergekommenen Eindruck. Im Hausflur (außerhalb des gemieteten Apartments) waren an einer Steckdose offene Leitungsadern sichtbar. Auf der Terrasse waren Möbel teilweise übereinandergestapelt. Hinter der Terrasse befanden sich eine verwilderte Grünfläche sowie ein voller Einkaufswagen mit Gegenständen bzw. Müll. Im Apartment selbst fielen zahlreiche Mängel auf: Die gesamte Wohnung roch deutlich nach Rauch. Der Türrahmen war innen nur notdürftig verspachtelt. Das WC war stark veraltet (Spülkasten unter der Decke mit Aufputzrohr), und die Duschkabine war als Fertigkabine ohne räumliche Trennung direkt in einem Durchgang neben der Küche aufgestellt. Auch die Sauberkeit entsprach nicht den Erwartungen. Das kleine Waschbecken war sichtbar verschmutzt, im Küchenspülbecken befanden sich Essensreste, auf der Arbeitsfläche war der Abdruck eines Glases oder einer Tasse zu sehen und der Mülleimer im WC war nicht geleert. Neben der Dusche hing zudem ein Handtuch, das benutzt wirkte. Die Polster der Couch waren teilweise mit Spannbettlaken überzogen. Aufgrund des starken Rauchgeruchs, des mangelhaften Reinigungszustands und des insgesamt ungepflegten und heruntergekommenen Eindrucks war die Unterkunft für uns nicht zumutbar. Da die Unterkunft bereits bei der Ankunft in einem deutlich mangelhaften Zustand vorgefunden wurde und wir sie nicht genutzt haben, haben wir uns entschieden, sie unmittelbar wieder zu verlassen. Die Unterkunft sollte von Booking.com nicht mehr angeboten werden!!!

Vriendelijke bejegening, vrij en veilig gevoel, centraal gelegen, koelkast en waterkoker op de kamer.

Lage, Größe

Die „zwei“ Zimmern konnten lediglich durch eine wacklige Schiebetür mit großen Glasscheiben von einander getrennt werden. Das zweite „Schlafzimmer“ war ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einer Eckcouch auf welcher zwei Personen schlafen mussten. Bei der Buchung wurde dies nicht angeführt. Die Dusche befand sich in einem Durchgangsraum in welcher eine Duschkabine gequetscht wurde.
