Good value , very clean hotel. Comfortable bedroom. Parking on site accessed by car lift! Very good air conditioning.
It needed a waste paper bin in bedroom. There wasn’t a 24 hour reception desk.

The hotel is brand new, nice terrace, coffee maker.
Underground car park for a small fee. , no parking in area.
The fact they accepted our 2 dogs was fantastic!
The area surrounding this hotel is a little run down, but near supermarket and bars.
Driving into a lift to get to the car park is not easy!! Nor are the parking spaces.
Could do with a kettle in the room.

Per motivi tecnici non è stato possibile soggiornare presso la struttura. Mi è stato rimborsato il pagamento.
Per chi è in viaggio ,non sempre è possibile leggere le mail , effettuare check-in online e ricevere i codici di accesso alla camera. Oggigiorno si dà troppo per scontato di poter gestire tutto attraverso lo smartphone, la mail i social o un QR code. Ci sono persone che per incapacità o per scelta, evitano il più possibile la tecnologia ma non per questo devono avere problemi come in questo caso, dove non c'era la reception operativa , al telefono nessuna risposta e la mail con i codici d'accesso pervenuta dopo quasi 3 ore. Vero che sono stato rimborsato ma vero anche che il disagio ricevuto nell'attendere mail di risposta e il dover prenotare un altro hotel non può essere compensato. In 2 parole .......troppo software!
