The property inside was really nice and each room was perfect
The walkway down from the on-site parking towards the property being Gravel as for any ass accessibility user will know that gravel is not your friend for walkers and wheelchairs. It was a challenge but I had to make it work for my father & I, he’s 95 & full of life.
The gravel looked like it was put down in a rush as they were plenty of trip hazards from the ground sheets poking through the gravel closer to the main entrance of the bungalow.
I did notice a bit of black mould spores in the corner of the master bedroom near the window.
Plus the seems to squirrels nesting up in the roof space as I could hear them and see evidence that some of the heat lagging sheets were being pulled out and left around the back of the side entrance of the bungalow, this might be something that the owner might want to investigate as they can cause tremendous damage to a property. The joys of living in the country.
