Lovely stay - we were only there for one night but facilities were clean, easy to use and the surrounding area was lovely. We were able to book the hot tub which was great and a nice addition to our stay.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property - the bedding was quite heavy for the time of year but the house was really comfortable.

The location is central and convenient for shops etc. The apartment has a new feel about it, with a well equipped kitchen. Everything was very clean

Lack of wardrobes and dining table Although the description given on booking included hot tub and sauna there was no indication that these had to be booked on advance so we were not able to use them

James is an excellent host with the apartment keys already in the door for us on arrival. The apartment has everything you wll need and a bit more - the new Hot Tub was lovely to use - especially as the weather wasn't that great outside. If you intend cooking the kitchen is filled with everything you will need equipment wise and there is even a washing machine. There is a smart TV in the lounge where you can stream lots of different things. The beds are really comfortable too and although there were other guests in the building - you don't hear a thing. There is a small car parking area inside the front garden area but there is also plenty of on street parking with no parking fees. The town of Kirkcudbright is a short stroll away where you will pass the Dark Sky, the Gin Distillery and the Cook School on the way. If you intend to eat out I would recommend booking ahead. Will definately be back.

There is nothing not to like about these apartments. If i was being picky - simply because we had so much rain - perhaps a door mat to wipe your feet as you enter the main hallway.
