I would give this property an 8.5, if that was an option. The house was very spacious and can easily accommodate 9 people; there is even a half bath off the living area downstairs. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots/pans/utensils/foil, cling wrap, etc.!/some seasonings. 2 bedrooms downstairs + 2.5 (small bedroom) upstairs. Downstairs living area spacious and comfortable for watching TV, etc. Also, nice table for dining area to accommodate a group. Washer & dryer provided - dryer was different with a hanging rack configuration and only a low/high setting (worked fine - low setting takes a while). Cottage style setting, which we enjoyed.
The house is a little older and show its wear/age in places, but nothing major. Room heaters provided for upstairs bedrooms didn't radiate heat. Main road outside is very busy (not a noise problem); be careful if needing to cross traffic. Make sure go to Croydon address (not nearby Ringwood) - owner did point that out. One bedroom downstairs has bed that is lower to floor - maybe better for kids, etc.

House is so nice and could easily cater for 9 people
