The hotel is located in a prestigious northern district of Konya, away from the busy city center but close to several upscale malls and well-known attractions like the Butterfly Park (a 15-minute drive), the Japanese Garden, and the excellent Science Center.
Check-in and check-out were quick, the Wi-Fi was fast, and there is private parking.
Housekeeping was professional and respectful.
The rooms are exceptionally spacious, with comfortable beds and a large bathroom.
When I complained about a bad smell in the bathroom on the upper floor, the management responded immediately and moved me to the first floor, which showed good customer service.
The hotel itself is part of a commercial complex, and the surrounding restaurants offer tasty food.
The location, while upscale, is far from Konya's vibrant historical center, where you'll find Mevlana's museum, the old mosques, and the popular traditional restaurants.
The hotel restaurant is very poor, both in food quality and service, and it seems the team there has serious management issues.
The biggest downside is the unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, which persisted even after changing rooms. Despite the hotel being relatively new, there were minor maintenance issues: faulty electrical sockets, a loose bathroom door handle, and a broken shower holder.

We had our very best sleep in this hotel during our 2 week's stay in Turkey. The rooms are very quiet, modern and are in a very good condition, you even have a jacuzzi in the bathroom. You get a decent breakfast and it is easy to park your car safely in front of the hotel.
There are 4 beds in the same room, which was perfect for us, but may not be for everyone. There was no Wi-Fi coverage in our room. The staff could not communicate very well in English and finally the hotel is somewhere in the outer region of Konya.

Walking distance (15 minutes) from Flix bus.
Very hard bed... difficult to sleep.
Toilet seat was loose and dangerous.
We booked a large room with a spa bath and it only had a shower. Staff could not speak English and were not welcoming. "City view" was apartments.
Although breakfast was included, you had to pay extra for coffee or omelettes.
