Our stay was not comfortable because of the overall condition and situation of the property. We raised concerns with own

The location was ideal for exploring the City of Arles

The property description did not explain that the nearest car park is 800m away and it is a 2nd floor apartment with 4 flights of stairs. The property was dirty, the mattress was heavily stained with no mattress cover it was disgusting. The washing machine listed as available did not exist. The furnishing in general were very worn and the kitchen was poorly equipped.

Overall the accommodation was good value for money, especially considering its location.

The flat was very nice, the outside terrace was lovely. The bed in the main room was comfortable and the air conditioning was a pleasant surprise.

The bed settee was broken and a bit uncomfortable for two children. I don’t think it would be suitable for adults to sleep on. I don’t remember for sure, but I don’t think it was clear from the description that the bedroom was on a different floor to the living space and bed settee. This wasn’t an issue for us as our children were old enough to be upstairs from us, but might be an issue for families travelling with younger children.

Great location, lovely apartment but a few issues

Location was excellent, property size was good and had an amazing roof terrace. Arles old town is lovely, great places to see and wonderful places to eat. Would definitely book again even with all the negative points below. Be aware if you have mobility issues there is no lift and the apartment is up a few flights of stairs.

There were quite a few negatives unfortunately as we loved the situation and the apartment itself, however there were quite a few problems. No information regarding anything in the property, i.e TV, wifi, laundry. We eventually found something scribbled on the firestick box, very difficult to read which was the wifi info. The kitchen sink and side were dirty and the only cloth/sponge in the premises was filthy and had to be thrown away, and we had to purchase new ones and some cleaning fluid too. No information regarding the washing machine (this is not in the apartment, we found it in a cupboard in the entrance to the building along with a tumble drier, please note no instructions for these either) bit of a trek up and down the flights of stairs too. Vacuum cleaner didn't work. Lack of towels. Light bulbs out in the bedroom both ceiling and bedside. Roof terrace, cushion covers could do with a wash, old bird muck on them and the sun umbrella appeared to be broken. My biggest problem was when I removed the bed sheets etc. as requested to do before leaving, to find a VERY stained mattress.

L'emplacement est parfait et l'appart est très agréable pour un court séjour

La literie est tachée et sale( matelas et oreillers ) et a grand besoin d'être renouvelée ou bien ne demandez pas à vos clients de retirer draps et taies au moment du départ .Il manquerait deux petits chevets donc des prises de chaque coté du lit ce serait bien pratique .Peut être la colonne de douche un peu branlante aussi
