The location was excellent. The walk into central Kingston was less than 10 minutes, which made it an excellent spot to catch up with my in-laws not far from this hotel. The room was pretty clean and a nice working desk was provided for my partner. The bathroom and shower were excellent, and the room had airconditioning (presumably reverse cycle as there was no radiator in the room). However, since we were staying there in the heat of summer, which the UK seems to be experiencing more of over the last few years, this was a godsend in the heat!
I'm not sure if the hotel provides twin bed options, but I don't think I could find any such options when I booked. My partner and I prefer sleeping in twin beds that we could push together (which a lot of hotels in other countries we stayed in provided), since this arrangement helps us get a better sleep. Instead, our double bed was so small that any slight movement would potentially wake the other person up. To us, quality of sleep is paramount.

Good location
It’s not a hotel in our opinion but a glorified Air B & B. No staff, no facilities and an ok room but with no full length mirror. The questionaire to get access required more information than opening a bank account. Expensive for what you get, friends attending the same wedding paid £50 a night less at the local Travelodge which offered more.
