The hotel itself was beautiful, modern, and very clean. The room was comfortable and the facilities were worthy of a 5-star hotel. The location was also convenient, and overall the stay was pleasant.

Unfortunately, the airport transfer that was included in our reservation did not pick us up, so we had to take a taxi ourselves. Also, communication with the staff was difficult because most of them did not speak English well. There was confusion even regarding breakfast information, which made the experience less comfortable.

The HH Point appears to be a newly built hotel. The furniture in the rooms is new, the interior design is elegant and tasteful, and almost everything is of high quality. The staff do their best under the current circumstances and are helpful whenever assistance is needed.

The hotel's location is not particularly convenient. I chose it mainly because it was advertised as being close to the airport and offering an airport transfer. However, during the transfer, I realized that it was not actually as close to the airport as I had expected. In my opinion, the biggest issue with this hotel is the lack of professionalism and proper organization. The staff genuinely try their best and are helpful, but a hotel cannot be run sustainably in this way. We arrived on a Sunday and noticed that there were only one or two staff members on duty. We had to wait for someone to arrive before we could check in. The waiting itself was not the main issue, as we arrived a little early. The real problem was that there was no receptionist available. For a hotel with this room rate and star rating, I believe there should always be a staffed reception desk. Later, after leaving our room, we were unable to get back in because the electronic door lock became blocked. I'm not sure whether it happened because we entered the PIN incorrectly, pressed the buttons too slowly, or made too many attempts. We had to wait outside until the person who had checked us in returned and reset the lock. The staff kindly allowed us to wait in a nearby room while we waited, which we appreciated. However, the real issue is that the door lock system does not appear to have a centrally managed reset mechanism. Situations like this can happen to anyone, and it may not always be possible for a staff member to arrive quickly. This is not a sustainable way to manage such situations. The room itself was very comfortable, and we had a good night's rest. Unfortunately, the breakfast was far below what I would expect from a hotel of this category. It consisted of a small omelet, two sausages, one slice of cheese, a small portion of clotted cream and honey, along with tea and coffee. We were expecting a buffet breakfast, so this was especially disappointing for our children.
