The hotel is very clean. The stuff grace the location is in the middle of everywhere, but main thing is the stuff.

Hotel is very clean and near Xiang Shan. The staff are polite and helpful, especially the two staff serving breakfast at the restaurant. They went out of their way to introduce the local breakfast, help with cutlery etc. very nice experience staying here.
Lobby and lift waiting area can be cooler in summer months but it’s ok once you get into the hotel room.

Excelente hotel para pasar unos días visitando la zona de Guilin y Yanshuo.
Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas, con muchas amenidades, café de calidad, tes y minibar gratis, limpieza impecable, cama súper cómoda y ropa de hogar de buena calidad.
Tiene un desayuno buffet muy completo y de buena calidad, y preparan algunos alimentos al momento.
La manager del hotel, Alice, y todo el personal nos atendieron fantásticamente e hicieron todo lo posible para que nuestra estancia fuera la mejor posible.
Recomendaría 100% este hotel a cualquier viajero que quiera disfrutar de la ciudad.
Tiene servicio de masajes en un pequeño spa situado dentro del mismo hotel, con todo tipo de masajes a un precio muy asequible.
La ubicación es muy céntrica, y con acceso fácil a la zona comercial y lugares de interés junto al río Li.
Una lástima no haber podido disfrutar de la terraza en el rooftop por falta de tiempo. Queda pendiente para la próxima.

The bathroom was excellent and very clean. The restaurant was also very good. The best part of the hotel was the staff — they were extremely kind, friendly, welcoming and helpful, and I truly appreciate their hospitality.
Unfortunately, the location was very disappointing. Our windows faced very close residential buildings and apartments in poor condition, which made the view unpleasant and gave us very little privacy. The room was not comfortable, and the overall design of the hotel felt old and dated.
In my opinion, the hotel does not meet the standard I would expect from a 4-star property. Based on the location, views, design and overall experience, I would personally consider it closer to a 3-star hotel. I was surprised by its star classification.
