Prime location

Absolutely the best location in town. Great view over the main square. I was not disturbed by the traffic or anything else. Very spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. In the building of the American College. Double elevators to 4th floor.

Some communication issues with the host. Difficult to get across that this unit cannot be marketed as a "one-bedroom apartment" of 17m2. It is one big room with one bed measuring 40m2. I was indeed sceptical because the advertized information doesn't make sense, and also seeing some guests giving it a bottom rating, totally unjustified. But as many guests have remarked: inconvenient hot water procedure. It would cost less to have the hot water on constantly than to risk having bad reviews because of that.
