Clean rooms, lovely pool, great setting
AC was leaking and made room smell. We told staff and they made no effort to address this.
We had buffet dinner and breakfast x 1 which suited and was decent. Then hotel changed to fixed menu for dinner and serving a western breakfast which was very bad

We were welcomed warmly, and the staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Everyone was very kind, friendly, and helpful. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

Optisch ist das Hotel ein Highlight. Die Zimmer sind modern und stilvoll, die Aussicht auf den See ist fantastisch und die Sauberkeit tadellos.
Ein 5-Sterne-Resort sollte auch beim Frühstück glänzen – hier war es leider mangelhaft. Die Auswahl an war äusserst gering und der Service langsam. Generell fehlte die persönliche Note: Während wir in einfachen Homestays in Sri Lanka wie Könige bekocht und herzlich empfangen wurden, fühlte man sich hier eher wie eine Zimmernummer. Technisch störten zudem die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer und die fehlende Dusche am Pool.
