La ubicación es muy buena, está a 5 minutos de la plaza de la Reunión y de la estación de tranvía y a unos 15 de la estación de tren.
Es muy cómodo, amplio y luminoso. Está bien equipado con electrodomésticos (lavadora, lavaplatos, cocina, horno, micro, cafetera, hervidor de agua, nevera, plancha y secador) aunque no los probé todos (lavadora, lavaplatos, cocina y horno). Funciona muy bien el agua caliente y hay buena presión). En general es una opción muy buena. Está situado en una calle muy tranquila.
Por poner un "pero" diría que al tratarse de un bajo uno tiene la sensación de poca intimidad. El salón da a la calle y la habitación y la entrada a un patio estrecho interior que también te da esa misma sensación de poca intimidad y en ambos casos invita a tener las persianas bajadas. Pero en mi caso no ha sido tan importante porque he pasado el día fuera y solo regresaba a dormir.
Y por otro lado eché de menos una tabla de planchar (no había o no la encontré) y un espejo de cuerpo entero. Parece una nimiedad pero en mi caso que iba a una boda lo eché en falta.

The accommodation is in a great location – close to the city center, restaurants, and all major amenities, while the train station is only a 15-minute walk away.
Considering that we experienced some colder days (temperatures dropping to 4°C), the heating in the accommodation was insufficient. It was not comfortable to sit in the living room in the evening due to the lack of heating, and there was no heating in the bedroom at all.
It was also not mentioned that the accommodation is located on the ground floor, nor that there is no window protection, especially in the bedroom, which did not even have shutters. As women, this made us feel uncomfortable. In the bathroom, there is a ceiling window without any curtain, and neighboring windows overlook directly down into the bathroom, which significantly affected our sense of privacy.
The accommodation itself is clean, spacious, and tidy, but these are a few things that should be taken into consideration.
