Tout était propres et ça sentait souvent bon dans les parties commune.
Le ménage est fait sur demande
Le personnel de la réception et les serveurs de la piscine ont été d’une incroyable gentillesse.
Tout était simple que ce soit pour le transfert hôtel - aéroport, le room service ou demande d’informations.
La piscine est incroyable
L’emplacement est 10/10
Vous avez aussi accès gratuitement au beach club qui se trouve à 200 mètres
Une station de Taxi à 150 mètres
Un change à 400/500 mètres
Des market et restaurants etc un peu partout aux alentours
L’expérience petit déjeuner.
Les plats proposés au petit déjeuner était bon et diversifié le personnel cuisine était très serviable mais le personnel qui s’occupe du service un peu moins. Nous avons l’impression de forcer pour avoir une information…
Nous étions confortable dans la chambre mais il faisait chaud par moment le soir la clim ne refroidissait pas beaucoup et nous avions l’impression qu’elle s’éteignait seule dans la nuit

The hotel accommodations were immaculate and comfortable, the breakfast offerings were of high quality, and the doorman, Mehmet, demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism.
For the past decade, we have consistently traveled internationally to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday, typically noting the occasion during both the reservation and check-in processes. We have always received a card or birthday acknowledgement; however, we were disappointed to note that this gesture was entirely absent during our recent stay at the Mercure.

Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und lecker - die extralange Frühstückszeit 06:30 - 11:00 hat mir sehr gefallen.
Fitnessraum war sehr sauber klimatisiert und modern ausgestattet.
Der Pool war sauber. Das Zimmer und die Lobby, alles war sehr sauber und hochmodern ausgestattet.
Das Hotel könnte auch als 5-Sterne Hotel durchgehen.
Zum Strand sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
An der Straße des Hotels sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants vorhanden.
Pool schließt recht früh schon um 19 Uhr, was recht schade ist, vor allem wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs war.
Das Hotel ist umgeben von Wohnhäusern, man hat also keinen großartigen Panoramablick auf das gesamte Meer/Berge.

L’hôtel est très propre, le personnel est serviable et il est très bien placé à quelques pas de la plage et à 20min du centre Kaleici. Il est entouré de supérettes et restaurants
Le seul point négatif était que les chambres ne sont pas insonorisés et malheureusement avec une chambre donnant sur la route il était dur de trouver le sommeil
