The room was a big one
Too long stay till room readiness, iron or ironing service isn't available (they provided almost consumed and burned iron that damage cloth), cleaning isn't the best you can find a bad smell in bathroom, and room isn't well cleaned, bed covers are very bad you can find hair on the cover, food was bad most of the vegetables are expired with a bad taste you can drink one juice type mixed with water and everyday same old food
Cleaning of the restaurant isn't good
Price wasn't fair too much high against facilities

The staff were friendly.
We paid extra for a pool view room, but didn’t get a pool view. The photos on booking.com are a little misleading. They told us that they will change the room for us if another room became available, but they did not.
There weren’t any bins in the room or any tissues. The floor was very dusty - our socks were covered in dust after settling in.
We you shower, the whole bathroom gets flooded with water, so it was quite annoying.
The room was too far from the reception, so there was no WiFi connection. We told the staff and they said they’d fix it, but they did not.
Breakfast was just not worth the extra money, you’re better off eating out.
