On the positive side, the apartment is well located within walking distance of the city center. There is also a balcony where it is pleasant to relax. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The self-check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, making the arrival process smooth and hassle-free.
Unfortunately, this is the first time I have had to write a negative review. I usually choose accommodation very carefully, but this time we were disappointed because the actual condition of the apartment did not match its high rating on Booking.com.
The apartment looks quite worn out. The only relatively new items were the bed and the shower faucets. The kitchen is very old, as are the appliances. The electric kettle did not work at all, and the hotplate heated up so slowly that we were unable to cook any meals during our stay.
The first thing you notice when entering the apartment is the wardrobe door in the hallway covered with reflective foil to imitate a mirror. It looks untidy and creates a poor first impression.
Parking is only available in accordance with Graz's public parking zones: there is a blue zone next to the building, and a green zone is about a five-minute walk away. This isn't a downside, just a heads-up regarding the parking conditions.
