The room was really great and the bathroom also ! The food was pretty good and the staff was very nice ! Best mangoes that I’ve ever had
The location, nothing to do in the area except if you’re planning of doing the Rinjani trek. It was unfortunate that the pool was not filled with water..

The property itself is great - the room is spacious with tall ceilings. The bathroom is at the back of the room, open to the elements. The terrace at the front overlooks the pool area and allows you to share the space with other guests.
Unfortunately it doesn’t feel like the property is finished yet - it would benefit from some more furniture in the room to make it a little cosier. We also only had one towel between two of us and the bathroom had not been cleaned properly. The pool outside is not yet filled but would be fabulous when it is. The property has a lot of potential and with a few tweaks and finishing touches, I would expect it to be great in the near future!

The location is very close to the waterfalls. Our bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly towards us.
I had the impression that the owners had given up on finishing the construction and that the staff wasn’t properly trained. For example, during check-in we weren’t given any information about breakfast times, Wi-Fi, or other basics — we had to ask for everything ourselves. The tables in the dining area weren’t cleared or wiped down after meals, and the toilets/amenities didn’t look clean.
For the price, it’s an okay place if you just need a bed for the night, but it’s not a hotel where you’d want to spend much time hanging out.
