Мошенничество с подменой адресов. Не выдерживают обещания. Снимают бронь, заселение в другой адрес!!

Мошенничество с подменой адресов. Обещают переселить, но после оплаты (только нал!) пропадают, трубки не берут, бронь в букинге аннулируют самостоятельно - не отвечают даже поддержке букинга. Квартира при заселении по адресу, не совпадающему с точкой на карте - в новом доме, но ремонт убогий, посуда давно должна быть на помойке, чайник на кухне включать некуда - розетки не предусмотрены. Вместо спальных подушек - диванные, жесткие и пыльные. В квартире грязно, везде волосы и кучи пыли. Будьте внимательны при выборе квартиры - проверяйте адреса, у этих товарищей много учеток и телефонов.

Не могу оценить конкретно эту квартиру, т.к. по факту нам сообщили, что квартира будет другой

Договорились сообщить за час, когда приедем по адресу. В итоге менеджеры приехали через 2 часа. Квартиру заменили на другую в соседнем доме, сославшись на то, что в данной квартире идет ремонт. Абсолютно хамское отношение менеджеров, которые осуществляли заселение. «Не нравится-можете уходить» Удалили все сообщения из чата и отменили бронирование, чтобы избежать плохих отзывов
