Le volume du logement.. Il est bien ventilé, Vraiment c'est un logement qui est très facile à vivre : on s'y déplace avec aisance. Le coin est très calme bien que très habité. Il y a un espace salon très vaste. Les lits confortables, les salles de bain super. Il y a un magnifique frigo. La terrasse est grande, avec un coin barbecue bien pensé. La personne qui s'occupe de la conciergerie est très agréable : disponible et réactive.
Le parking qui est trop loin de l'entrée du logement.
