Location.
And size, there were enough bedrooms / bathrooms for my family. Furniture was lovely and everything was clean.
Check in and out time meant we only had it for a very short amount of time. Bank holiday Sunday pricing meant it was a bit expensive.

The property was well kitted out on the whole, but needed more hanging facilities in the 2nd and 3rd bedroom. These rooms were lacking in basic amenities such as mirrors, coat hangers in the wardrobes etc. The master suite with the ensuite bathroom was well furnished and very comfortable.
There is no parking, despite it saying there is. More often than not, I had to park a long way down Newton Road and carry the bags to the property, not ideal when you first arrive. Although the accommodation was comfortable, it felt very dark in the kitchen and lounge area, could do with a bit of brightening up :-)
