Close to the beach and dog friendly
Tv not working and called desk and still unable to fix. Outlet not working order, poor amenities in the room. Had to go to front desk for towels every time. Disappointed

The location of the hotel to the beach was amazing. We loved the location of our room and that my relatives could have a first-floor room due to mobility issues. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The parking lot was well lit. The food from the cafe was delicious! It was great having the proximity of a bar and cafe so close, and it was open all day! The pool was also great to have between the beach and resting. We saw lots of dogs, and it was wonderful seeing that so we can bring our dog if needed for another trip. The staff was helpful and courteous both at the desk and the cafe.
The drain to the sink in the bathroom was slow, and there was a mysterious red stain like fruit juice in the kitchen sink. The curtains could pull shut better to darken the room from the parking lot. Would have loved to have conditioner in the bathroom, and my mom needed a hair dryer, but it was brought to her attention that they are available at the desk; that would've been good to know at check-in. Would consider adding a ceiling fan in the room to keep air circulating at night.

The staff were amazing, super friendly and accommodating. We had a late arrival on Friday night and stayed through Sunday morning. We had breakfast at the cafe and it was delicious, the service was fast and staff were friendly. The location of hotel is great! The beach access is so nice! While we were out exploring on Saturday we arrived to fresh towels and toiletries.
What’s keeping me from giving the hotel a 10…when we arrived Saturday night from an evening stroll we saw about 5 small roaches in our room.

The café doesn’t open until 8:00 a.m., making it better suited for brunch than breakfast. Prices are noticeably inflated for what is offered. Although it’s advertised as being on the beach, the shoreline is roughly 50 yards away, and the sand dunes completely block the view of the water.
The parking situation is inadequate for the number of hotel guests and café visitors. If you plan to explore the surrounding area, it’s best to leave your vehicle parked at the hotel and walk whenever possible. Parking spaces are limited, and if you leave, there is no guarantee that a spot will be available when you return.
