It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Fabulous decor and lighting. Aircon added bonus.
The only thing that let it down was the outside. Very shabby paintwork, huge weeds and lots of litter.
It didn’t affect our stay, but could be cleaned up.

The property is beautiful inside, very modern, the rooms are perfect, long table for eating together. Plenty of room. The team are really helpful and kind in their quick responses.
Nothing we didn’t like, we would recommend more cleaning supplies if available such as a hoover, flash mop, toilet bleach, bathroom cleaner, worktop sanitiser etc for customers to keep the house clean and hygienic during their stay (if not maybe stipulate these aren’t available as we had to go the local shop and purchase and I do feel the brush wasn’t sufficient to keep the floors clean. Maybe a clothing maiden if people are doing week stays as we found the drier wasn’t very efficient due to it being a washer/drier

Spacious clean rooms and bathrooms, beds were super comfy! Plenty of space for everyone to sit on the sofa and eat at the table. Good location, loved being so close to the beach and pier.
I'd recommend bins in the bedrooms too.

Great location, very clean, good facilities
Couldn’t get the TV working, need a manual to advise how to use the TV, air con, oven and heating, no tea towels, kitchen foil would have been good
