Zeker geen aanrader !!

Doorgezakt bed, geen nachtlampje, televisie deed het niet, er was een tuin achter maar de deur ernaar toe ging niet open, ongezellige kamer, smorgens merkten we dat de verwarming aanstond!?

Die Unterkunft war leider wie in den Bewertungen beschrieben recht dreckig und veraltet.

Lage ist ok, Fernseher ist ok,

Sauberkeit ist echt mangelhaft und die Ausstattung ist wirklich nur auf das aller nötigste reduziert

Günstige Ferienwohnung (mit leider deutlichen Mängeln)

Saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Seife zum Spülen und Händewaschen war vorhanden. Super Lage, nur eine Minute zum Wasser. Parkmöglichkeiten sind auffindbar. Der Vermieter hat mich kurz vor Anreise auf einen technischen Defekt in der Wohnung aufmerksam gemacht und mir eine Ersatzwohnung in unmittelbarer Umgebung angeboten, diese ist auch auf Booking auffindbar unter "Balkonwohnung in Moselnähe (Geisenstraße 8)"

Die Wohnung wurde leider nicht vernünftig gereinigt. Der Boden war staubig, auf fast allen Ablageflächen lag Staub/ Dreck. Auch der Eingangsbereich mit Müll und einem dreckigen Treppenhaus ist nicht einladend. Im Badezimmer war das Licht defekt. In einem Schrank befand sich alte Unterwäsche vom Vormieter. Im Trockner befand sich noch Wäsche, welche nicht ausgeräumt wurde. Der Balkon ist in einem Zustand, dass ich ihn lieber nicht betreten wollte. Die Ausstattung ist mangelhaft. Kein einziger Teller zum Essen vorhanden. Ein Fernseher ist vorhanden, hat aber kein Empfang/ kein Signal. Die Gardinen sind nicht angepasst und fast durchsichtig, sodass jeder bei Nacht in die Wohnung schauen kann. Die Eingangstür ist nicht richtig abgedichtet, sodass man Nachbarn, die sich im Treppenhaus so hören kann, als ob sie in der Wohnung stehen.

Ich habe die Unterkunft lediglich für eine Nacht gebucht. Gebraucht habe ich nicht viel, wirklich nur eine Nächtigungsmöglichkeit. Da terminlich einiges dazwischen gekommen ist habe ich um eine frühere Anreise und spätere Abreise gebeten. Alles lief einwandfrei und man hat mir auch nichts berechnet! Sehr netter Gastgeber! :)
