Basic but clean room & bed.
My friend & I were chatting in the room when the host John told us to adhere to the house rule of quiet time from 10pm to 6pm. I explained I had taken a phone call concerning a family crisis. John told me if I wanted to use my phone to go outside. I refused. He said there'd been complaints previously from a tenant complaining about noise & how his neighbour was taking him to Court.
This made us feel very uncomfortable. I had booked to return in June but have now cancelled the booking.
Also there were no fire regulations & no smoke alarm dangerous in my opinion when John wanted to put a small oven in the room when we arrived.
