The apartment is located in the Menteng district. It’s generally safe and close to most things. I used Grab to travel to places or walked if it was in areas I knew already. The apartment I was assigned was on the 35th floor of an apartment complex. The view was as spectacular as that sounds. The apartment itself is not pristine, but it was clean. There were some small ants, but there were few enough that I didn’t care. They were mostly concentrated around the kitchen area anyway.
The staff communicates via WhatsApp. They are incredibly responsive and I found them to be fairly forthcoming.
One thing I noticed was there was a light on the balcony that I couldn’t turn off. I would have found it to be irritating if it had been switched on all night, but it switches off every night at 12am, so don’t worry about it.
This place is perfect if you want a safe place to relax and rest after or before a flight or to use as base to explore Jakarta. I really recommend it.
I did have to leave early because of the volcanic eruption and the airport closure that came with it. That was a shame. If I get back to Jakarta I will likely book this place again.
There were some ants in the kitchen area. Very few. I have no other notes, the property was about as perfect for my purposes as I could’ve hoped for, and then some. Just know that when you book this you won’t have any in-person interactions with staff, only through WhatsApp, so if you are looking for something ore like a guest house, you might be disappointed.

I really felt comfortable staying in this studio. The residential complex has three buildings, and I stayed in the Diamond Tower.The complex offers everything you might need, including a market, medical center,24/7 restaurent,cafe,and pharmacy. Everything was conveniently nearby.
You can easily use Grab for transportation or to order food.
The buidling has very good gym ( I didn't expect that ) swimming pool is quite big . The studio is fully equipped with cooking utensils, a washing machine,an electric cooker,and an extra small movable bed.The studio is not as big as appears in the photos, but it is reasonably sixed for me.I highly recommended this studio.
AC was weak, most of the times the room was not cold enough especially in the afternoon. Ask the owner if they fix it or not before staying.

Near to many place of interest in central jakarta.
The photo shows bathub but there is no bathub.
The AC sometimes not functioned well.

I had a great stay here and would definitely book this place again if I return to Jakarta.
The apartment was spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I also really appreciated having both a microwave and a washing machine, which made my stay much more convenient.
The hosts were exceptional. They replied to every message in less than a minute and were always helpful and responsive.
The location is another big advantage. The building has two restaurants (one serving local food and one a bit more upscale), a bakery, and even a liquor store. Right next to the complex, there’s also a small supermarket, so everything you might need is just a short walk away.
It’s also conveniently located only about 10–15 minutes from the train station, making it a great base for exploring Jakarta.
Overall, I highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again.
The multi plug wasn’t working ! (It’s such a small detail)
