The apartment is small but very well designed and thoughtfully arranged. We really liked the interior design, as well as the beautiful terrace view, thanks to the building’s location.
Unfortunately, our overall experience was affected by several issues. There was a strong smell of spicy food throughout the apartment upon arrival, which lingered during our stay, especially in the fridge. The number of towels was insufficient, and the bedding did not give the impression of the freshness and cleanliness we would expect.
The biggest disappointment was the non-functional elevator connecting the outdoor entrance to the reception, leaving us with no choice but to use the outdoor stairs in heavy rain. We even contacted reception to ask if we could use the garage, as the elevator from the garage to the apartments was working. This would have been a simple solution to the problem, especially given the weather, and the garage was around 70% empty, so our car would not have caused any inconvenience.
The advertised EV charger was also out of order.
The parking situation was particularly unpleasant. Despite contacting reception twice to confirm whether parking was included, we were allowed in without being informed of the €10 daily charge, which was only requested at checkout. This information should be clearly stated on Booking.com, which I think it’s not the case, since I needed to dig more to find this information later, and guests should certainly be informed when they specifically ask about parking. Unfortunately, the reception staff were quite rude from the beginning when we tried to resolve the misunderstanding and explain that no one informed us eventhough we contacted them before using the parking, making an already frustrating situation even worse.
Overall, despite some few positive aspects, we would not choose to stay here again.
Mind you, we came after the season, and organisation wasn’t on excpected level considering it’s a resort!

Top Lage direkt in Strandnähe, Zimmer schick und sauber, Bett sehr bequem, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Der Fahrstuhl draußen funktioniert nicht, bei schwerem Gepäck sind das etliche Treppen. Die Küchengrundausstattung könnte etwas umfangreicher sein.

O prédio é moderno e no geral tem boas condições.
A localização é muito boa, mesmo em frente à praia.
• funcionários da recepção pouco preparados para falar inglês;
• água da piscina extremamente fria;
• o quarto não estava completamente limpo, havia cabelos e pó no chão;
• o ralo do chuveiro não drenava a água convenientemente, deixando a casa de banho totalmente alagada depois dos duches;
• cortina do banho suja e a necessitar de ser lavada urgentemente;
• a TV não tinha canais disponíveis; quando questionei na recepção disseram-me que era assim, mas que tinha YouTube na TV caso quisesse 🤷🏼♂️ mesmo que se tratasse de uma SmartTV nem Netflix tinha!
