Sehr schön hergerichtete Wohnung, perfekt für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt, da alles notwendige bereitgestellt wird.
Nur eine Verbesserungsanregung: Es wäre schön, wenn ein etwas flexibler bzw. früherer Check-In (ggf eine Stunde früher) nicht extra kosten würde, wenn die Wohnung seit ggf. mehreren Stunden ohnehin fertig gereinigt und bezugsfertig ist. Auch, weil es in Chemnitz abseits des HBFs, leider keine offensichtliche Möglichkeit gibt, in der Nahe der Unterkunft Taschen/Koffer zwischenzulagern, wenn man etwa mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln angereist ist.
Anders ist dies natürlich, wenn die Reinigung vor bzw. nach dem Gast wegen früherer Anreise schneller durchgeführt werden muss. Hierfür finde ich einen Zuschlag gerechtfertigt.

Location was good and I was able to explore the city easily.
No recognisable address on Mookins.com so difficulty to find the building.
The building where the unit was located had no signage therefore it was a hard building to locate. My suggestion is to have a signage on the building for future guests
