This is arguably the best listing around the island, with the perfect beach house, the things of dreams, literally. Waking up and chilling by the balcony seeing the sea is something I always miss. It was a surprise find and a quick booking, we thought at first that it was too good to be true, but it definitely was as good as my expectations. Last but not least Shaliza is the most amazing host, I forgot my sunglasses in the stay and she kept it safe for me till we met again. I would definitely book a stay there every time I visit the island.

Eine wirklich außergewöhnliche Unterkunft! Das einfache Strandhaus, fast wie eine kleine Fischerhütte, ist perfekt für alle, die ganz nah an der Natur sein und dem Massentourismus entfliehen möchten. Direkt am Strand, ruhig und entspannt – nebenan die Fischer mit ihren Booten und auf der anderen Seite ein kleines Strandcafé, das während unseres Aufenthalts leider geschlossen war. Wer das Ursprüngliche und Einfache liebt, wird sich hier unglaublich wohlfühlen. Ein ganz besonderer Ort!
Natürlich gibt es auch Abstriche: Wir hatten sehr häufig Ameisen im Haus, und Dusche und Toilette sind wirklich sehr einfach. Wer Luxus, Komfort und eine klassische Hotelanlage erwartet, ist hier definitiv falsch. Wer dagegen Ruhe, Ursprünglichkeit und ein ganz einfaches Strandleben direkt am Meer sucht, wird diese Unterkunft ganz besonders finden. Für uns war es ein außergewöhnlicher und sehr authentischer Ort.

During my 4 days and 3 nights stay, I found this place perfect for those who prefer a simple, laid-back atmosphere and don't mind the lack of modern touches. The village-style concept is great for relaxing. Overall, I was okay with my stay.
Malaysia's weather is hot, so to improve comfort, please install an air conditioner in the living room. Don't use cost-saving as an excuse to not provide enough air conditioning for guests. Also, there should be a fan on the balcony. Lastly, there must be a water tap outside to easily wash off the sand after returning from the beach
