We ended up staying in this flat as an emergency find after our car broke down on a Friday afternoon. It's in a convenient location 5 mins walk from the town centre and shops. It's well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Very clean. Host communication was great and instructions very clear. Area is quiet and there was a couple of nice walks nearby, and a market a couple of days a week.
One bedroom is in fact off the other bedroom, so the people sleeping in that one need to go through the other bedroom to access the bathroom which wasn't ideal but workable for a short time. The sofa not very comfortable for a family of 4 to sit on to watch a movie. Lastly, I repeatedly asked the host for an invoice to use for insurance purposes, but I never received anything.
