Very clean, excellent location, good heating, and very spacious for 4 adults.
Need to update the towels - they are a bit thin!
Cotton pillowcases would be better than the synthetic ones.

Morden and spacious house. Nicely decorated throughout, big TV, BBQ facility, treadmill. Quiet location and near a park.
The bathroom light was broken, there was a lack of table lamps in the bedrooms and no kids kitchenwares.

Location was great for what we were after (a concert at the racecourse). Huge space, great air conditioning, good kitchen. Quiet street, enough parking spaces in the street.

Value for money overall was good as there were eight of us.
Plenty of room and the house was clean.
Beds were comfortable.
They charged us an extra $200 for an extra person to stay last minute.
Some mould in one of the en-suite showers.
Rusty tongs left in the dishwasher when we arrived.
