It clearly needs some maintenance and a thorough cleaning. It looked a bit tired may be it is far into the season

Beautiful house in great location ruined by rancid pool, blocked drains and mould.

Beautiful house, great location.

Completely blocked drains from day 1 in 2 of 3 showers made for disgusting showers standing in 3 inches of scum water. Used the kids shower. Heavy black mould in all the shower corners. Bathroom 2 floods floor when used. Bathroom sink blocked so couldn’t use it. Called for help but the contact guy told us it’s not his problem and to contact the booking company! Pool was rancid, unusable,so a pool guy came and he drained it, cleaned then refilled it, then re checked it, which took 3 of our 4 day rental. He also kindly reattached the broken toilet seat. Sofa stank (inside one and outside one)- washing the covers would have easily fixed this. Very stripped out place eg no pegs, no corkscrew, few plates, no tea towels, so has to use bath towel for dishes. No chairs anywhere except dining table. Lovely house but stay ruined by poor maintenance and cleaning and no thoughtful touches. Couldn’t wait to leave. Great little supermarket across the road.
