Don't expect the Ritz but remember you're not paying Ritz prices the hotel was basic for a few nights ,the great thing was the location just opposite the railway station and a few minutes walk to the centre,the room was clean double bed and a single , clean bathroom and a good shower it's all that you need but as said don't expect the Ritz.
If you have walking difficulties or senior the stairs can be a killer we where 3 steep stairs up on the 3 floor by the time I got to the top ( I'm not young but in reasonable nick) I thought I'm climbed Mont Blanc great exercise, apart from that the rest is all that you need

c'est juste une chambre avec une salle d'eau
encore en travaux la fenêtre de la chambre fermait pas, la douche la poire de douche se cache la gueule, mal as sonorisé
